Terence Aflague, and engineering technician with the Officer in Charge of Construction (OICC) Marine Corps Marianas (MCM), points out building techniques used for construction on Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz for engineering airmen during a mentorship session with OICC MCM in February.
Service members from the 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group, 356th Expeditionary Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force, and 513th Red HORSE Squadron joined the tour to learn more about the way their active-duty skills translate into civilian construction.
