Brian Lashley, an engineering technician with the Officer in Charge of Construction (OICC) Marine Corps Marianas (MCM), helps airmen identify the techniques used to build structural elements of buildings on Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz during a mentorship session in February.
Service members from the 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group, 356th Expeditionary Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force, and 513th Red HORSE Squadron joined the tour to learn more about the way their active-duty skills translate into civilian construction projects.
