    Office in Charge of Construction Marine Corps Marianas

    The Officer in Charge of Construction (OICC) Marine Corps Marianas (MCM)
    offered a tour to service members from the 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group, 356th Expeditionary Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force, and 513th Red HORSE Squadron. Airmen joined the tour to learn more about the way their active-duty skills translate into civilian construction environments.
