A Civil Engineering Officer navigates a maze of scaffolding to examine structural elements of a building under construction on Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz during a mentoring session hosted by the Officer in Charge of Construction (OICC) Marine Corps Marianas (MCM).
Service members from the 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group, 356th Expeditionary Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force, and 513th Red HORSE Squadron joined the tour to learn more about the way their active-duty skills translate into civilian construction projects.
