Staff Sgt. Cleofia Bougere, a CRT member of team 4, reassembles the M4 weapon. By the end of her time she had zero errors but wasn't satisfied with her time. "It could have been better. From experience, it should have been way better," she said as she recited the "slow is fast and fast is smooth" mantra. "It means if you start rushing, you start making mistakes."
