Gen. David Petraeus, the commanding general of Multi-National Forces - Iraq, who hails from Cornwall, N.Y., turns a valve to begin the flow of water into a tank June 11 at Joint Security Station al Jadida. The water will be put through a purification process once the project is fully complete.
