Airman 1st Class Andrew Koth is a heavy equipment operator from the 219th Red Horse unit from Great Falls, Mont. He is performing road work operations on Colorado State Route 36, as he is being spotted by a fellow airman (foreground). National guard units from Colorado, Utah, Kansas and Montana participate in reconstruction the Colorado State Route 36 after recent floods devastate the area. Army and Air National Guard units provide civil engineer and Red Horse units to repair the roads and provide a 24-foot wide passable road before Dec. 1, 2013. Currently they are ahead of schedule.
