An Iraqi army soldier with 3rd Battalion, 42nd Brigade, 11th Division, speaks to Sadr City residents while handing out informational flyers during an Iraqi army-led patrol in the Sadr City District of Baghdad. The Iraqi-led patrol knocked on residents' doors, passed out flyers and asked if residents had any information regarding recent criminal activity. The flyers offered rewards for information on illegal weapons, bombs and criminals. Other flyers spoke of recent governmental efforts to improve Sadr City and the lives of its residents.
