A Sadr City resident reads some informational flyers passed out by Iraqi army troops during an Iraqi army-led patrol in the Sadr City District of Baghdad Oct. 3, 2008. The Iraqi-led patrol knocked on residents' doors, passed out flyers and asked if residents had any information regarding recent criminal activity. The flyers offered rewards for information on illegal weapons, bombs and criminals. Other flyers spoke of recent governmental efforts to improve Sadr City and the lives of its residents.
