Iraqi army Lt. Jaber Fadhel, the acting commander of 3rd Company, 3rd Battalion, 42nd Brigade, 11th Division, sorts informational flyers that will be passed out by his troops during an Iraqi army-led patrol in the Sadr City District of Baghdad. The Iraqi-led patrol knocked on residents' doors, passed out flyers and asked if residents had any information regarding recent criminal activity. The flyers offered rewards for information on illegal weapons, bombs and criminals. Other flyers spoke of recent governmental efforts to improve Sadr City and the lives of its residents.
