Col. (Dr.) Paul Young shows Iraqi air force Capt. (Dr.) Mohammed a system of keeping patient records before departing on an aeromedical evacuation mission over Iraq, Nov. 7, 2008. Two Iraqi doctors from Iraq's Ministry of Defense accompanied the U.S. Air Force mission to study aeromedical evacuation procedures so that they can establish an aeromedical evacuation service for the Iraqi air force. Young, the surgeon general for the Coalition Air Forces Transition Team, is deployed from Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
