Col. (Dr.) Paul Young converses with Iraqi air force Capt. (Dr.) Mohammed and Iraqi air force Maj. (Dr.) Abdul-Razaq before departing on an aeromedical evacuation mission over Iraq, Nov. 7, 2008. The two Iraqi doctors from Iraq's Ministry of Defense accompanied the U.S. Air Force mission to study aeromedical evacuation procedures so that they can establish an aeromedical evacuation service for the Iraqi air force. Young, the surgeon general for the Coalition Air Forces Transition Team, is deployed from Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
