Marine Corps Master Sgt. Joseph Murabito, Squad Operations Chief, Marine Aircraft Group 31, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, Aviation Ground Support, participating in Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Course 1-15, uses the 90lb air power jack hammer to break up old pavement on an airfield during an airfield damage repair practical application at Canon Air Defense Complex (P111), near Yuma, Ariz., Sept. 20, 2014. WTI is a seven week training event hosted by MAWTS-1 cadre. MAWTS-1 provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine Aviation Training and Readiness and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
