Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Eleven refills the ALFA yard with Civil Engineer Support Equipment in Camp Mitchell, Spain. NMCB Eleven is currently off-loading the new Table of Allowance for the Naval Construction Force in Rota, Spain. The new equipment will help re-establish Camp Mitchell as a main body site for forward deployed Seabee units and will better outfit NCF untis for deployment to EUCOM and AFRICOM. NMCB 11 is deployed for the first time since being re-established in 2007 and is forward deployed to Horn of Africa, Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
