Master Sgt. (ret.) Jose Pluguez, a veteran of Company C, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment Vietnam; and his wife, Seong, look at the War on Terror exhibit during their tour of the 1st Cavalry Division Museum Oct. 3 at Fort Hood, Texas. Pluguez served in Vietnam from 1971 to 1972 as a Specialist 4th Class and served in the Army a total of 23 years. The Pluguez family toured the museum as part of Company C’s 1965-1972 Vietnam Veteran Reunion, which took place from Oct. 2 to 5 and was hosted by the 2nd Battalion “Lancer,” 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division.
