Vietnam veterans salute during Retreat while attending a memorial ceremony, Oct. 3 at Fort Hood, Texas. The Veterans took part in the memorial that honored the Soldiers of Company C., 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, who fell while fighting in Vietnam, as part of the company’s 1965-1972 Vietnam Veteran Reunion, which took place from Oct. 2 to 5 and was hosted by the 2-5 Cav., 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division.
