Food for Work in Rwanda - 1983 - At Rubengera commercial center, 150 workers receive their monthly payment of 46 kilos of rice for work on the 16 kilometer Mabanza road project. The road will link previously isolated "Secteurs" of Kigeyo and Higara to clinics, schools, and administrative services in Rutsiro and Mabanza communes.
