(Sept. 24, 2015) Builder 1st Class Reginald Cyr, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, reads an M256A1 chemical agent detector kit during a simulated chemical, biological and radiological drill at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., during a field training exercise (FTX). The training is designed to exercise all aspects of the battalion's defensive and operational capabilities from manning a fighting position on the company lines, to reacting to chemical warfare threats and improvised explosive devices.
