CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (Oct. 8, 2015) Marines secure the towing line of an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the Eightballers of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 8 during a special patrol insertion/extraction maneuver. HSC-8 provides vertical lift search and rescue, logistics, anti-surface warfare, special operations forces support, and combat search and rescue capabilities for Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 11 in support of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN) 68 and Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 11 operations.
