Hose handling training was just part of an overall drill scenario that trained Frank Cable Sailors and civilian mariners in pipe patching, medical response, hose handling and fire fighting dress out drills. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
