Third Army Soldier Sgt. Corina Dominguez, 437th Medical Company, Riverside, Calif., walks through the Archway of Responsibility, which symbolizes the transformation of a lower enlisted Soldier to a leader, during a Non Commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Dec. 11. The ceremony recognized Dominguez as a member of a time honored corps known as 'The Backbone of the Army.' Dominguez is currently serving Third Army, whose primary mission involves the buildup of troops and equipment in Afghanistan.
