Third Army Soldier Sgt. Christopher Rosales, with the 1864th Financial Management Company attached to Third Army, from Carson City, Nev., walks through the Archway of Responsibility, which symbolizes the transformation of a lower enlisted Soldier to a leader, during a Non Commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Dec. 11. The ceremony recognized Rosales as a member of a time honored corps known as 'The Backbone of the Army.' Rosales is currently serving Third Army, whose primary mission involves the buildup of troops and equipment in Afghanistan.
