Third Army Soldier Sgt. Daniel Ulino, with the 1864th MTC attached to Third Army, from Las Vegas, walks through the Archway of Responsibility, which symbolizes the transformation of a lower enlisted Soldier to a leader, during a Non Commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Dec. 11. The ceremony recognized Ulino as a member of a time honored corps known as 'The Backbone of the Army.' Ulino is currently serving Third Army, whose primary mission involves the buildup of troops and equipment in Afghanistan.
