A U.S. Navy special warfare operator Petty Officer 1st Class medic from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines demonstrates how to properly insert an IV during a combat medic subject matter expert exchange for members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Naval Special Operations Group. Twenty Philippine Navy SEALs took part in the month-long course, learning how to provide first-responder care to wounded troops in the battlefield.
