A U.S. Navy special warfare operator Petty Officer 1st Class medic assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines teaches a class on how to properly administer IV fluid to members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Naval Special Operations Group. Twenty members from various Filipino Navy SEAL units participated in the month-long course, learning how to provide first-responder care to wounded troops on the battlefield. After the course, the AFP Navy SEALs will go back to their home units and teach these skills to others.
