SOUTH CHINA SEA (May 31, 2016) – Seaman Samantha Preis, from Pitman, New Jersey, takes slack out of the forward steadying line while the rigid-hull inflatable boat is lowered into the ocean from the guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53). Providing a ready force supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific, Mobile Bay is operating as part of the John C.
