Michele Huddleston, executive officer hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19), gives opening remarks at the Restorative Medicine Summit held by Pacific Partnership 2016 in Da Nang to facilitate discussion and learning among local Vietnamese medical professionals and Pacific Partnership team members. Mercy is joined in Da Nang by JS Shimokita (LST-4002) and Vietnam People's Navy ship Khánh Hóa.
