Naval Air Station Sigonella's Fire and Rescue team prepares the rigging needed to lower a dummy that represents the first victim of a simulated building collapse. During an emergency all of the victims will be put into similar riggings and lowered via the high angle rope rescue. The collapsed building marked the beginning of Exercise Reliant Star, a three-day exercise taking place on all Commander Navy Europe installations. The purpose of the exercise is to test each base's' emergency response teams. (U.S. Navy photo by Petty Officer 2nd Class Gary A. Prill)
