Naval Air Station Sigonella's Fire and Rescue Assistant Fire Chief Shane Byrne prepares the rigging of a high angle rope rescue operation that will be used to lower simulated victims from a collapsed building. The collapsed building marked the beginning of Exercise Reliant Star, a three-day exercise taking place on all Commander Navy Europe installations.
