Naval Air Station Sigonella's Fire and Rescue Assistant Fire Chief John Burgess climbs a Tele-Squirt 65 to access the top floor of a simulated building collapse. Once his team assesses the victims they will begin to set up the high angle rose rescue gear. Today is the first day of the Exercise Reliant Star, an exercise taking place on all Commander Navy Europe installations. The purpose of the exercise is to test each base's emergency response teams.
