Two members of Naval Air Station Sigonella's Emergency Response Team treat a victim of a simulated building collapse. During a similar emergency, all of the victims will be given classifications based on the seriousness of their injuries. The most serious will be transported as ambulances become available. The collapsed building marked the beginning of Exercise Reliant Star, a three-day exercise taking place on all Commander Navy Europe installations. The purpose of the exercise is to test each base's emergency response teams. (U.S. Navy photo by Petty Officer 2nd Class Gary A. Prill)
