SUBIC BAY, Philippines (Sept. 26, 2016) The Spearhead-class Expeditionary Fast Transport ship USNS Millinocket (T-EPF 3) sails into Subic Bay, Philippines. Millinocket is in the Philippines to participate in the bilateral Philippine Amphibious Landing Exercise 33 (PHIBLEX) that is a signature element of the Philippine-U.S. alliance focused on a variety of missions to include humanitarian assistance and amphibious capability demonstration.
