ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 4, 2016) Petty Officer 2nd Class Christe Cutter, from Sylvania, Ga., signals to an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the Swamp Foxes of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 74, preparing to land aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55). Cutter serves aboard Stout as a boatswain’s mate and directs aircraft. Stout, deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
