TRINCOMALEE, SRI LANKA (Nov. 25, 2016) Marines attached to the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) observe USS Somerset (LPD 25) deck department as they raise a rigid-hull inflatable boat aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) following a theater security cooperation exchange with the Sri Lankan military. Somerset and embarked 11th MEU conducted the exchange with Sri Lankan forces in order to enhance tactical skill sets and disaster relief capabilities while strengthening the overall relationship between the two forces (U.S. Navy photo by Petty Officer 3rd Class Amanda Chavez/Released)
