STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. – International students participating in the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School’s Patrol Craft Officer Coastal course practice craft operation techniques at NAVSCIATTS’ training facilities on the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. PCOC is a nine-week maritime course designed to provide personnel with the knowledge and skills to operate coastal patrol craft in a patrol setting in accordance with approved doctrine. NAVSCIATTS falls under Naval Special Warfare Group 4 and is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under the United States Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and the geographic commander’s Theater Security Cooperation.
