    Mechanics Sgt. Joseph (Bobby) Fabiano (left), of Conyers, Georgia, and Sgt. David Wood, of Savannah, Georgia, replace an engine in one of 14 Chinook helicopters the 131st Aviation repairs, maintains and flies in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan. Troops at forward operating bases in the field depend heavily on the Chinooks for transportation and supplies. F Co., 131st Aviation, is an Army National Guard unit whose members come from Georgia, Alabama and Washington. The unit has been deployed since March, 2004, to Kandahar Air Field, headquarters for Combined Task Force Bronco.
