PACIFIC OCEAN, Calif., – Sailors aboard USS San Diego (LPD-22) unchain a CH-53E Super Stallion with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (Reinforced), attached to the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, as it prepares to transport Marines to the USS America (LHA-6), April 10, 2017. The 15th MEU utilities air assets to transport personnel between ships during PHIBRON-MEU integration.
