United Arab Emirates (March 19, 2017) U.S. Marine Cpl. Jesus Oliveros, a legal clerk with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), poses for a picture while a local vendor puts on traditional head gear worn by Middle Eastern men during the 11th MEU’s port visit to the United Arab Emirates, March 19. Port visits give Marines the opportunity to experience different cultures and interact with local communities while on deployment.
