Marines from the Death Rattlers of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 323 cycle through four different exercises in the Seaside Gym of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) in honor of the 235th birthday of the U.S. Marine Corps. Completing the corresponding year’s worth of pull-ups, push-ups, crunches and squats is a long-standing Marine Corps tradition and a unique way of honoring the Marine Corps. VMFA-323 is currently embarked aboard Ronald Reagan completing a Composite Training Unit Exercise in preparation for an upcoming deployment. (Photo by: Petty Officer 3rd Class Alexander Tidd)
