Petty Officer 2nd Class Leticia Chupany, a gunner’s mate from Salinas, Puerto Rico, and Petty Officer 3rd Class Eric Acuna, a gunner’s mate from Aransas Pass, Texas, shoot lines from the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) to the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202) during an opposed replenishment at sea with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202). Ships conduct an opposed RAS to practice completing replenishments at sea in a wartime scenario with other ships in the same carrier strike group providing perimeter protection. Ronald Reagan and Yukon performed the opposed RAS as part of a Composite Training Unit Exercise. Ronald Reagan is currently underway preparing for an upcoming deployment. (Photo by: Seaman Mikesa R.
