U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Manuel Desquitado, of Port Hueneme Calif., construction electrician, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 40, assists with cutting a 2 inch by 6 inch stud at the Russian Silo Combat Outpost, Afghanistan. The COP is the future site of a 10 mega watt power plant intended to power the western side of Kandahar, Afghanistan. Desquitado is deployed to Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan.
