Members of the Oregon National Guard’s CBRNE Enhanced Response Force
Package (CERFP) joined more than 60 members of Vietnam’s National
Committee for Incident, Disaster Response, and Search and Rescue
(VINASARCOM) from around Vietnam for a week-long event filled with
training and exercises in Hanoi, Vietnam, August 6, 2017. The 2017
Disaster Management Engagement Activity (DMEA) is part of the Oregon
National Guard's State Partnership Program's efforts to work alongside
with and train their Vietnamese partners in disaster response and
