A Vietnamese volunteer undergoes chemical decontamination procedures
during the 2017 Disaster Management Engagement Activity culminating
exercise alongside their counterparts from Vietnam’s National
Committee for Incident, Disaster Response, and Search and Rescue
(VINASARCOM) in Hanoi, Vietnam, August 11, 2017. The Oregon National Guard’s
