U.S. Marine Chief Warrant Officer-4 Christopher Joy, CBRNE officer for III Marine Expeditionary Force out of Okinawa, Japan,
gives a presentation on the capabilities of the U.S. Marine Corps
CBRNE response force in the U.S. Pacific Command area to members of
Vietnam’s National Committee for Incident, Disaster Response, and
Search and Rescue (VINASARCOM) during the 2017 Disaster Management
Engagement Activity (DMEA) held in Hanoi, Vietnam, August 6, 2017. Joy
worked alongside members of the Oregon National Guard’s CBRNE Enhanced
Response Force Package (CERFP), in order to share information and
tactics for chemical disaster response with their Vietnamese
