BOSTON (Aug. 31, 2017) Seaman Joseph Woynar, assigned to USS Constitution, shows chief petty officer selectees one of the places where the Fletcher-class destroyer USS Cassin Young (DD 793) was hit by a Kamikaze in the Battle of Okinawa during a tour as part of Chief Petty Officer Heritage Week.
