A local student here poses for a photo with an Army construction hat just outside the schoolhouse boundaries where Navy seabees from Louisiana work on the construction of a new schoolhouse. The seabees are working with U.S. Army Guard units from around the country, as well as Air Force units, in Beyond the Horizon 2011, a 4-month-long civic assistance and training exercise to build Salvadoran infrastructure, give U.S. soldiers valuable training and strengthen U.S.-Salvadoran relations.
