PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 15, 2017) Hull Maintenance Technician Fireman Rachel Kachi, a repair locker on-scene leader aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), awaits the report of a simulated casualty aboard the ship during unit level training assessment-sustainment (ULTRA-S). ULTRA-S is a test of Ronald Reagan’s watchstanding, warfighting and damage control training programs by Afloat Training Group Western Pacific through a series of drills and simulations.
