When not deployed, Gibson is a remediation biologist with the Corps' Seattle District.
USACE Headquarters' Mr. Charles "Ray" Alexander, Chief, Interagency and International Services, and Col. Hibner traveled to Puerto Rico from Washington, D.C. and spent Wednesday, January 31 visiting activities managed by the Recovery Field Office(RFO)-Puerto Rico including an in-brief at the RFO, a walkthrough of the Los Alamos debris site, a stop at the Dorado Emergency Field Office, and an orientation on the temporary power mission at the intermediate staging base for the generators and mission management staff at Fort Buchanan.
