Sellers and Gibson are supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency-led federal response and recovery activities following hurricanes Maria and Irma.
Alexander and Col. David Hibner, USACE G3, traveled to Puerto Rico from Washington, D.C. and spent Wednesday, January 31 visiting activities managed by the Recovery Field Office(RFO)-Puerto Rico including an in-brief at the RFO, a walkthrough of the Los Alamos debris site, a stop at the Dorado Emergency Field Office, and an orientation on the temporary power mission at the intermediate staging base for the generators and mission management staff at Fort Buchanan.
When not deployed, Sellers works as an administrative specialist at the New York District's Watervliet Arsenal Field Office, Watervliet, New York, and Gibson is a remediation biologist with the Corps' Seattle District.
