When not deployed, Gibson is a remediation biologist with the Corps' Seattle District, and Sellers normally works as an administrative specialist at the New York District's Watervliet Arsenal Field Office, Watervliet, New York.
Alexander and Hibner traveled to Puerto Rico from USACE headquarters in Washington, D.C. and spent Wednesday, January 31 visiting activities managed by the Recovery Field Office(RFO)-Puerto Rico, including an in-brief at the RFO, a walkthrough of the Los Alamos debris site, a stop at the Dorado Emergency Field Office, and an orientation on the temporary power mission at the intermediate staging base for the generators and mission management staff located at Fort Buchanan.
